Before going into the problems and symptoms, it would be wise to know briefly about Gallbladder biologically.
GALLBLADDER ANATOMY---This organ is muscular membranous sac under the liver that stores and concentrates bile.
FUNCTION----The basic function of its inner surface is to absorb inorganic salts and water from the bile, which becomes multiply, concentrated than it was when in liver. It can also contract to discharge the bile through the bile duct into duodenum.
GALLBLADDER PROBLEMS AND CAUSES---
1. Gallbladder problems often start within the body due to common reasons like OBESITY,IRREGULAR DIET HABITS,FATTY FOODS,LESS INTAKE OF FIBRE, HEREDITARY,GASTRIC INFECTIONS .
2. The basic and root cause of a typical gallbladder problem is often the gallstone.
3. Gallstone(CHOLELITHIASIS) is a harder mass, normally a solid crystalline substance consisting of the substances like cholesterol, calcium, blood, bile etc. These stones are formed in the gallbladder and travel into small intestine area where they start causing intense problems.
GALLBLADDER SYMPTOMS---
1. Pain in the right side of the rib cage, , initiating in moderation. With acute pain radically moving to different parts of the body like hands, shoulders or creating severe back ache at later stages.
2. Several common symptoms like nausea, vomiting or gas; which are often under the misconception of general diseases can often be prime symptoms of gallbladder problems arising out of the malfunctions.
3. People suffering from gall bladder problems often complain about indigestion, gas, not adapt to digest fatty foods.
4. Most possibly these symptoms occur when gallstone, viz. absurd stones flowing inside the gallbladder get trapped inside the bile duct.
5.The pain often tends to get increased after a meal of some higher amount of fat and high on these factors. But this can’t be the deciding factor as it is not the sole symptom of gallbladder problem.
GALLSTONES PREVENTION---
Foods to Avoid:
Foods that will cause gallstones typically are any foods that are from animal or animal-based foods. Here is a list of high risk foods to avoid:
Fast foods, oily foods, spicy foods, red meats, eggs, pork, onions, fowl, milk, corn, beans and nuts. White flour products
White rice.
Foods You Should Eat to Prevent Gallstones; The best way to treat gall stones is to prevent them. You can prevent gallstones with increasing your fiber with any fruits and vegetables (water soluble fiber). The following is a list of recommended foods to eat:
Alfalfa, apples, artichokes, barley, beets, broccoli, carrots, celery, fennel, grapefruit, horseradish, lemons, mustard greens, olive oil, radishes, spinach greens, water chestnuts, watermelon and garlic. However, most people are not vegetarians and love meat! If this is the case, we would recommend meats such as chicken, turkey and fish. These meats are very low in cholesterol but should be supplemented with fruits and vegetables (fiber). Finally, you should always drink 10-12 glasses of water per day if you suffer from gall stones. The water will aid with the flushing.
MY TESTIMONY---
I SUFFERED FROM GALLSTONES 1 YEAR BACK AFTER MY FIRST BABY WAS BORN.MY GALL PAIN WAS MILD AT FIRST ,IT STARTED AT RIGHT UPPER BACK,SO WE NEVER THOUGHT IT WAS DUE TO GALLSTONES.EVERYTIME WE HAVE TO RUSH TO THE EMERGENCY BECAUSE OF ITS INTENSITY.LATER ON IT WAS DIAGNOSED AS GALSTONES.
ONLY OPTION IS SURGICAL REMOVAL OF GALLBLADDER.I WAS NOT READY FOR THAT.
ONE OF MY FRIEND RECOMMENDED GB CLEANSE.I VE DONE THE CLEANSE FOR 3 DAYS AND ON 4TH DAY I SAW MANY STONES IN MY STOOL.I NEVER HAD ANY GB ATTACKS LATER ON.
HOPE THIS RECIPES WILL HELP YOU TOO.EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE STONES OR NOT IT WILL CLEANSE UR GB AND KIDNEY TOO.
DO WHICH RECIPE IS COMFORTABLE FOR YOU.
RECIPE 1---

Mix together by pouring from one glass to another at least twenty times before drinking. Drink this mix with a straw to cut the taste, if necessary. Repeat again ½ hour later. Go to bed.
Within 24 hours you should expel stones, mucous, or sludge through the bowel. This treatment should be repeated within 14 days for best results.
Yeah, these recipes are pretty yucky tasting and hard to get down, but it's still easier and much safer than getting those awful operations for gallstones or going through liver disease!
DO NOT EAT ANY SOLID FOODS UNTILL U PASS THE STONES.
GALLSTONES VARY IN SHAPE AND SIZE GREEN,BLACK,RED COLOURS
ITS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WAY TO DO ,BUT ITS WORTH TO TAKE THAT MUCH EFFORT IF U WANT TO BE HEALTHY.YOU WILL FEEL REVITALIZED TOO.
IF YOU HAVE KIDNEY STONES,THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEANSE.
RECIPE 2---
One pint(2CUPS/16 OUNCES) of virgin olive oil.
One half-pint(1cUP) of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Peppermint oil (from your health food store)
Pineapple or V8 juice (note: Biotta vegetable juice from Health food store is likely better than V8)
Measuring cup or tablespoon size measuring spoon
Pitcher of water
Paint stirring stick
Jar with screw-on lid
Index cards
Net to drape under the toilet seat, to catch your stones
PROCEDURE---
12 Noon
Stop eating all solid food.
6.30 pm
Stop drinking all fluids.
7.00 pm
Using a measuring device, pour ¼ cup (four tablespoonfuls) of olive oil and drink it.
Follow immediately with one or two tablespoonfuls of lemon juice.
Lie down and relax.
Repeat this every 15 minutes. Sit up, swallow it and lie down again. If possible, have someone else bring them to you.
Relax, read or watch television. Keep as still as possible. It is best to lie on your right side.
Repeat the exact dosage every 15 minutes until you have swallowed all of the pint of olive oil. If there is any lemon juice left, drink it all.
It is now probably 10.00 or 10.30 pm
Remember, if you have terrible nausea or vomiting sensations, use the peppermint oil in the olive oil, or chase the olive oil with a small amount of V8 or pineapple juice, until you can resume taking the plain olive oil and lemon juice.
While you are taking the olive oil and lemon juice, if it gets hard to swallow, take a little more time between doses. Try 20 minutes between doses, or 25 minutes. Try to swallow all of the oil and lemon juice. If you are too nauseated to get it all down, take as much as you possibly can.
You have finished the olive oil and lemon juice. Now go to bed and do your best to go to sleep. Lie on your right side. This position speeds up the process of the olive oil entering the gall bladder to act as a lubricant. This, along with the softening action of the lemon juice, will help to free the stones more easily and readily from the gall bladder. Stay in bed and forget everything until the urge to go TO TOILET.
HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES FOR GALL STONES---
HOMEOPATHY IS A VERY EFFECTIVE WAY TO CURE GALL PROBLEMS ACUTELY AND CHRONICLY.HERE ARE SOME REMEDIES:
1. BERBERIS VULGARIS: This remedy may be indicated when stitching pains extend from the gallbladder region to the stomach and sometimes to the shoulder. Sharp twinges radiating outward can be felt in the groin and pelvic bones and may seem to come from the lower back. Pain can be worse when the person is standing up, and from changing position. The person may be constipated and have a tendency toward gout or joint pains. Rapidly changing states (sudden thirst, then thirstlessness; hunger, then a loss of appetite) can point to this remedy.
2. CALCAREA CARBONICA: When a person needing this remedy has gallbladder problems, the abdomen may feel swollen on the right and be very sensitive to pressure, with cutting pains that extend to the chest and are worse from stooping, The person feels worse from standing, worse from exertion, and better from lying on the painful side. Calcarea carbonica is often indicated for people who tire easily, feel cold and sluggish with clammy hands and feet, crave sweets, and tend to feel anxious and overwhelmed when ill.
3. CHELIDONIUM MAJUS: This remedy is often indicated when pain extends to the back, right shoulder, and shoulder-blade. The abdomen is distended, with a constricting feeling as if a string were pulled across it. Pain is worse from motion, and lying on the left with the legs drawn up may help. The person may feel nauseous, especially after eating fat or drinking something cold (warm drinks stay down more easily). The person may feel tired, worse from being cold, and worse in the early morning
4. COLOCYNTHIS: Cutting, cramping pains that make a person double over or want to lie down and put hard pressure on the abdomen may indicate a need for this remedy. Pain in the upper right abdomen, extending to the shoulder, may also be seen. A person needing this remedy may have aggravated physical symptoms after feeling angry or emotional, especially after suppressing those feelings.
5. DIASCOREA: This remedy is indicated when abdominal pain from gallstones is relieved by bending backward, and is worse when the person is bending forward or lying flat. Standing up and moving around in open air can also bring improvement. Pains can spread to the back, chest, and arms, or may shift around. The person tends to feel worse in the evening and at night, and also when lying down.
6. LYCOPODIUM: This remedy is often indicated for people who have chronic digestive problems with abdominal bloating, flatulence, and discomfort. Problems are worse from eating, and the pains may extend from the right side to the left. A person who needs this remedy typically craves sweets, prefers warm drinks, and may feel worse in the late afternoon and evening.
7. NUX VOMICA: Constricting pains that travel upward, stitching pains, and a swollen feeling in the upper right part of the abdomen suggest a need for this remedy. Digestive cramps and nausea, along with a general feeling of chilliness, are likely. The person may crave fats, strong spicy foods, alcohol, coffee and other stimulants, and feel worse from having them. Irritability and impatience are usually pronounced when this remedy is needed.
8. PODOPHYLLUM: This remedy is sometimes indicated in liver and gallbladder problems when soreness is felt in the upper right part of the abdomen along with a feeling of weakness, sinking, or emptiness. Heat may also be felt in the area. Constipation with clay-colored stools that are dry and hard to pass may alternate with watery diarrhea.
Homeopathy Dosage Directions
Select the remedy that most closely matches the symptoms. In conditions where self-treatment is appropriate, unless otherwise directed by a physician, a lower potency (6X, 6C, 12X, 12C, 30X, or 30C) should be used. In addition, instructions for use are usually printed on the label.
Many homeopathic physicians suggest that remedies be used as follows: Take one dose and wait for a response. If improvement is seen, continue to wait and let the remedy work. If improvement lags significantly or has clearly stopped, another dose may be taken. The frequency of dosage varies with the condition and the individual. Sometimes a dose may be required several times an hour; other times a dose may be indicated several times a day; and in some situations, one dose per day (or less) can be sufficient.

MIGRAINE CURE
MIGRAINE---
A migraine is a common type of headache that may occur with symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or sensitivity to light. In many people, a throbbing pain is felt only on one side of the head.
MIGRAINE CAUSES
¦Hormonal changes in women: Fluctuations in estrogen seem to trigger headaches in many women with known migraines. Women with a history of migraines often report headaches immediately before or during their periods, when they have a major drop in estrogen. Others have an increased tendency to develop migraines during pregnancy or menopause.
Hormonal medications — such as oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy — also may worsen migraines, though some women find it's beneficial to take them.
¦Foods: Some migraines appear to be triggered by certain foods. Common offenders include alcohol, especially beer and red wine; aged cheeses; chocolate; aspartame; overuse of caffeine; monosodium glutamate — a key ingredient in some Asian foods; salty foods; and processed foods.
Skipping meals or fasting also can trigger migraines.
¦Stress: Stress at work or home can instigate migraines.
¦Sensory stimuli: Bright lights and sun glare can produce migraines, as can loud sounds. Unusual smells — including pleasant scents, such as perfume, and unpleasant odors, such as paint thinner and secondhand smoke, can also trigger migraines.
¦Changes in wake-sleep pattern: Either missing sleep or getting too much sleep may serve as a trigger for migraine attacks in some individuals, as can jet lag.
Intense physical exertion, including sexual activity, may provoke migraines.
¦Changes in the environment. A change of weather or barometric pressure can prompt a migraine.
¦Medications: Certain medications can aggravate migraines

BELLADONA: Migraines that start in the back of the skull or upper neck and spread to the forehead and temple (especially on the right) may indicate a need for this remedy. Pain is throbbing or pounding, and worse from jarring, light, and noise. Headaches often begin in late morning or afternoon, and may be worst around three p.m. The face may be flushed and red, and the skin feels hot, although the feet and hands are often cold. The pupils may be dilated, with sensitivity to light, and the person may either feel delirious or drowsy.
BRYONIA: This remedy can be helpful if a person has a heavy or “splitting” headache, with steady pain that settles over one eye (especially the left) or spreads to the entire head. Pain is worse from any motion, even from moving the eyes, and the person wants to lie completely still and not be talked to or disturbed. Nausea with a heavy feeling in the stomach and vomiting may occur. The person can have a very dry mouth and usually is thirsty.
CIMIFUGA: This remedy is often indicated for migraines with throbbing pains (“as if the top of the head would fly open”) or shooting pains in the eyes. Headaches are often associated with the menstrual period or come on after long-term study or worrying. The muscles of the neck are usually involved in the headache, feeling very stiff and painful. The person (normally talkative and energetic) feels mentally dull and gloomy, or even fearful, during a migraine. Pain is worse from motion and sometimes improved by eating.
CYCLAMEN: Migraines that start with flickering in the eyes, dim vision, or dizziness suggest a need for this remedy. Pain is often right-sided and may involve the ear—which can also ache or itch. The person feels very weak and sick (the nausea is often worse from fatty food) and is thirsty, very sensitive to cold, and worse from open air. People who need this remedy are sympathetic and emotional; they often have an anxious or remorseful feeling that they may have neglected some responsibility.
GELSEMIUM: When this remedy is indicated, the person feels weak and lethargic, with a heavy feeling in the face and eyes, and droopy eyes with diminished vision. Pain may be mostly felt in the back of the head and muscles of the neck. The person may tremble, and sometimes heat or chills run up and down the spine. Pain often is relieved by urinating. Worry, fear, or dread of a stressful event may precipitate a headache.
IGNATIA: This remedy is helpful for migraines in sensitive people, especially headaches after emotional upsets or caused by grief. The headache is often focused on one side of the head, and may feel as if a nail is driven in. Twitching in the face or spasms in the muscles of the neck and back frequently occur. The person often sighs or yawns and may sometimes weep or seem “hysterical.”
IRIS VERSICOLOR: Intense migraines with blurry vision and pain that extends to the face and teeth, along with vomiting and a burning feeling in the throat and stomach, can often be relieved with this remedy. The person feels worse from resting and better from motion.
KALI BICH: Migraines with excruciating pain that is felt in little spots, or pain that settles over the eyebrows (or one eye), suggest a need for this remedy. When the headache begins, the person is very sensitive to light, and vision gradually diminishes. Nausea and dizziness can be intense, but vomiting does not relieve the headache. The person may feel better from lying in bed and keeping warm.
LACHESIS: Left-sided migraines with congested, pulsing pain that is worse from pressure or tight clothing may respond to this remedy. The person’s face looks deeply flushed or blotchy. Headaches are often worst before the menstrual period and better once the flow begins. The person feels worse from sleeping (either in the daytime or at night) and is usually worse from heat.
NATRUM MUR: Migraines (often on the right) that are worse from grief or emotional upsets, worse from too much sun, or occur just before or after the menstrual period, are likely to respond to this remedy. The headache feels like “a thousand little hammers were knocking on the brain” and is often worse from eyestrain. The person may have numb or tingling feelings in the lips or face before the headache starts, and the eyes are very sensitive to light. The person often feels better lying in the dark and after sleeping.
SANGUINAIA: Right-sided migraines with tension in the neck and shoulder, extending to the forehead with a bursting feeling in the eye, are often relieved with this remedy. Jarring, light, and noise aggravate discomfort. The headaches improve after vomiting, as well as from burping or passing gas, and are often better after sleep. A person who needs this remedy often comes down with migraines after missing meals, and also has digestive problems and allergie
SEPIA: Left-sided migraines with dizziness and nausea, worse from missing meals, and worse near menstrual periods or during menopause, often responds to this remedy. Pain may come in shocks or jerks, and the person feels worse indoors and from lying on the painful side. A person needing Sepia feels weary, cold, and irritable, wanting no one to make demands on them.
SILICIA (also called Silica): Migraines that come on after mental exertion or near the menstrual period may indicate a need for this remedy—especially in a nervous person who is very chilly. Headaches are usually right-sided, starting in the back of the head and extending to the forehead, and are worse from drafts or from going out in the cold without a hat. The person may feel better from lying down in a dark, warm room and also from covering the head.
SPIGELIA: Excruciating headaches on the left side of the head, with violent throbbing, or stitching pains above or through the eyeball, may respond to this remedy. Pain may extend through the face and is worse from motion, touch, position changes, and jarring. The person may feel better from lying on the right side with the head supported, and keeping still.
